There is nothing more annoying than needing honey, getting the bottle and the damn thing is crystallised at the bottom of the bottle and is not moving.

1 Put it under running hot water and let it soak for 5 minutes.
2 Wait until it turns to liquid.
3 Turn upside down, let it be in hot water and wait until all the honey runs towards the bottleneck.
4 Get a little ramekin, put the bottle inside and upside down - this way even if the honey run out will not get the worktop sticky.
