THAT BIT OF DIRT YOU CAN NOT REMOVE FROM INSIDE THE DECANTER

Decanters are tricky to clean especial the crystal ones and with dry bits inside.

Because we can not put them in a dishwasher and forget about it, they have to be wash by hand and with lots of care.

What is needed:

- White vinegar

- Cloth

I tried to use a brush instead of a cloth, but there were places the brush would not reach and same bits of food would not come off.

Step 1 - Pour white vinegar into to the decanter and give a good spin and let it soak for a bit.

Step 2 - Inserted a wet cloth inside the decanter.

Step 3 - With a rocking movement let the cloth wash the sides and the bottom of the decanter.

Step 4 - Rise really well with cold water.

Step 5 - Turn it upside down and let the water run downwards.

Step 6 - With clean dry tea towel, holding one end of the tea towel - the last thing you want is to spend time trying to remove it from inside the decanter -  give a few spins until the decanter is completely dry.

BEAUTIFUL and not a water stain in site.
