HOW TO KEEP A WASHING MACHINE DRAWER CLEAN AND MOULD FREE

Sometimes even the machines that wash the dirt and make the clothes clean, need to be cleaned also.

This is what happens to the washing machine drawer.

What you need:

- Clean spray bottle with strong water jet spray

- Ace

- Viakal

- 1 toothbrush

- 1 kitchen brush

1 Start by removing the drawer - mine I just press down the yellow bit.

2 Put the drawer inside the sink and remove all the bits.

3 Spray with Ace and let it soak.

4 Go back to the drawer slot were the drawer fits and spray Ace into it.

5 Give a good brush off, let it soak.

6 While the slot drawer is soaking give a good brush off to the drawer and everything else

7 With a cloth go inside places the brush will not reach.

8 Rinse properly.

9 Spry viakal to remove any limescale, let it soak.

10 Go back to the slot drawer give another brush.

11 With a strong jet spray wash the slot, the best you can.

All nice and clean- nearly clean - it is a long time consuming process, if it gets done often it will not get go grimy

12 Rinse the drawer and put it back to the slot

Do not forget to clean the door

REMEMBER ALWAYS TO LEAVE THE DOOR AND DRAWER OPEN.
