Over the years I learned that labels on garments withDRY CLEAN ONLY do not really mean they only can be dry cleaned. Some times you can avoid it and hand wash them at home
PLEASE if you are going to give a try at hand wash, try first with some thing old never with brand-new garments
These days I do wash silks jackets even cashmere at home.
It so easy, it's like counting one two three.
1 Check for stains before you immerse the garment in tepid water with Woolite
2 Rub gently you do not want to damaged the colour - silk is very delicate fabric
2 Rinse really well adding to the last rinse comfort
Whatever you do do not wring the blouse, just squeeze as much water you can
3 Lay the blouse on top of a dry and clean towel and roll it
4 Press firmly along the towel
5 Give a god shake and hung to dry
This is the way it looks before ironing.
To iron, I just use the steamer of my iron and is good to go
