MY SCISSOR IS VERY STIFF AND IS NOT CUT PROPERLY

This little scissors is very stiff and as I try to cut I'm making a bit more pressure and is hurting my fingers.

Ok let’s see if I can fix it

What I used - Kitchen paper - Multi-purpose oil - Foil

STEP 1 - Put a few drops of oil in the front and back of the scissors ( I usually put the oil on top and bottom of the screw, also on top of the blades and let the oil smooth whatever is makes it stiff.

STEP 2 - After half an hour I go back and open and close the scissors a couple of times (you might see a bit of dirt coming out do not wipe it yet) If you notice that the scissors are not working properly add a few more drops of oil and leave it to soak

STEP 3 - Once I’m happy with the closing and opening but still fill like the blades are still not passing by each other smoothly, I make a ball out of foil and use the scissors to cut it. (As you try to cut the foil fill where the blades are problematic and try to cut the foil more often in that bit. Try as many times as you think it is needed it)

STEP 4- In the end double-check if I could cut a piece of kitchen paper without any difficulty. (If the scissors do not oppose any resistance and cuts the paper super easily you have a brand-new working scissors) Remember to remove all traces of the oil if you are going to use it to cut paper but because this one is just to cut hair I did not bother

NOTE - Not only have I fixed the scissor I have sharpened it at the same time.
